You will be served 3 yogic and nutritious foods day by day. Sanskar Yogashala plans solid and yummy nourishment, and also share thoughts while cooking in a comfortable, safe, and clean environment. You are also provided with fresh fruits, salad, or juice along with the meal. Onion and garlic are not used in our cooking and neither spicy food is used. Tasty yogic food is prepared for yoga students. And before eating food, the food mantra is recited and after that the process of eating food starts.

Sanskar Yogashala has a nice, big yoga hall from where you get to see the mountain view. You can also enjoy the night during yoga practice.For the Yoga course, you are provided all the material required for the yoga course by the Ashram such as a yoga mat, Yogis jal neti pot, study books, and more.

Sanskar Yogashala provides you with a practice hall along with the Yoga Hall which you can use for many purposes like practicing your own yoga asanas, reading books, and resting. This hall is used by Yoga Teachers for philosophy and anatomy theory classes.
