I truly enjoyed my experience at Sanskar Yogashala. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and taken care of. Their taxi driver picked me up from the airport and dropped

me to the shala, where I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. The rooms were simple, yet spacious, comfortable and clean. I chose double occupancy, so I shared a room with another student which was wonderful. The food was always prepared well, and often there was more than enough. My favourite part about meal time was the singing and chanting then sitting in community on the floor to eat. The Kundalini program itself was very well organized and there was a good balance between lectures/discourse, practice and self study. There was a variety of teachers taking on each section of the training, and they all made themselves accessible for questions and time with students even outside of class. There was a bit of spontaneity which I appreciated as we went on trips to a few different places. Overall excellent experience and I highly recommend this school for YTT.
