I spent two weeks with the Sanskar Yogashala family for the 100 hour yoga teacher training in rishikesh Hatha programme, and could not recommend it enough! The programme is extremely complete and you’ll experience a true immersion in the yogic lifestyle. Teachers are absolutely amazing: so lovely, professional and knowledgable. All classes were fascinating. The ashram was also really nice and clean; and food was delicious! I especially loved chanting my heart out everyday, pushing my asana practice to the next level and learning so much about yoga philosophy. Sanskar Yoga Shala is the most welcoming ashram in Rishikesh. I did the 200hr YTT and from the moment I walked in it felt like a home away from home. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The rooms have everything you will need and are very clean and spacious. The food is great with different things throughout the stay and the herbal tea at breakfast is the best, I really miss it! The teachers have so much knowledge and passion for what they do and teach authentic Hatha yoga from a place of deep understanding!
