Yoga Alliance Certification Yoga School In Rishikesh, India

Upon successful completion of your training, you'll receive a Yoga Alliance accredited certificate (RYT 200, RYT 300, or RYT 500 depending on your program). Our school is registered with Yoga Alliance USA, so your certification will be internationally recognized.

We teach traditional Hatha Yoga with elements of Ashtanga and Vinyasa. Our curriculum also includes Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, and teaching methodology - providing a comprehensive yoga education.

For our 200-hour program, no prior experience is required, though regular yoga practice is recommended. For our 300-hour and 500-hour advanced programs, completion of a 200-hour YTT is mandatory.

A typical day begins at 6:00 AM with meditation and pranayama, followed by asana practice. After breakfast, we have philosophy/anatomy classes, then lunch break. Afternoons include teaching methodology, adjustments workshop, and evening asana practice. The day ends around 8:00 PM after dinner and self-study time.

We offer shared (2-3 people) and private rooms, all with attached bathrooms. Our ashram provides simple, clean accommodation in a peaceful environment conducive to yoga practice. All rooms have mosquito nets and fans (no AC as we maintain traditional ashram living).

Yes! After registration, we provide an official invitation letter that you can use to apply for a yoga visa (study visa) at your nearest Indian embassy. The process is straightforward and we guide you through each step.
