Our sattvic meal is meticulously prepared with balanced spices and oil ensuring that each dish is not only flavorful but also beneficial for your health during this 200 hour yoga teacher training course certification. Students will get three-time yogic meals including fresh salads, hot chapatis, rice, daal, Vegetables, etc.

We recommend comfortable yoga clothes, a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, insect repellent, a journal, and any personal items. A detailed packing list will be sent after booking.

Airport transfer is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. We'll provide detailed directions from Delhi airport or Dehradun railway station.

Rishikesh has pleasant weather October-March (15-25°C), warm April-June (25-40°C), and monsoon July-September (rainy but lush). Evenings can be cool, so bring layers.
