Our yoga school gives nourishing and scrumptious sattvic meals which is a dietary approach highly valued in Ayurveda for every individual, especially yoga practitioners. Sattvic meals are lighted and will help to digest easily which helps to avoid many chronic diseases reflecting the wisdom that "all disease begins in the gut." Our sattvic meal is meticulously prepared with balanced spices and oil ensuring that each dish is not only flavorful but also beneficial for your health during this 200 hour yoga teacher training course certification. Students will get three-time yogic meals including fresh salads, hot chapatis, rice, daal, Vegetables, etc.
To keep the dining experience exciting and balanced, our culinary team crafts a different menu each day, providing a delightful combination of tastes and nutrients. We recommend comfortable yoga clothes, a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, insect repellent, a journal, and any personal items. A detailed packing list will be sent after booking.
Airport transfer is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. We'll provide detailed directions from Delhi airport or Dehradun railway station.
Rishikesh has pleasant weather October-March (15-25°C), warm April-June (25-40°C), and monsoon July-September (rainy but lush). Evenings can be cool, so bring layers.
