Meditation Course Details

Meditation is a precise technique for relaxing and concetrating the mind while attaining a state of thoughtless consciousness which is completely different from the normal awakened state. Through meditation we can dive deep into the various levels of consciousness. It is a completely non religious practice and science of the mind which follows a proper order having definite principles and produces results that have been verified from time to time.


During meditation the mind is clear, relaxed, and inwardly focused. When you meditate, you are fully awake and alert, but your mind is not focused on the external world or on the events taking place around you.
Duration: 7 Days
Cost: 450 US$ (Including fee accommodation share room, Ayurvedic 3 Meals a day breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, yoga books.)

  1. The system of CHAKRAS ( energy circles ) and NADIS( energy channels)

  • 10:00 to 11:30am Yoga Philosophy
  • 12:30 to 1:30pm Lunch
  • 4:30 to 6:00 pm Yoga Practice
  • 6:15 to 7:15 pm Meditation
  • 7:30 pm Dinner

Note: 2 days during this course would be dedicated to the practice of MAUNA (complete silence) during practice to derive the complete meaning and essence of meditation.
